GlobalPost has resumed the delivery of parcels from the India to Ukraine. We process all our deliveries in a warehouse in the EU and then we deliver them to Ukraine by truck.
At the same time, the cost of delivery even slightly decreased. Before the war, our standard shipping cost for a package from the India to Ukraine was 10% higher.

Яка вартість відправки 1 кг із Індії?
У нас та наших партнерів немає фіксованої вартості за 1 кг ваги посилки. Ціна доставки складається ще й із габаритів, тому ми можемо назвати лише загальну вартість. Зазвичай, зі зростанням загальної ваги посилки вартість за 1 кг пропорційно знижується.
За якими параметрами митна служба України оцінює посилки?
Існує таке поняття як “митна вартість”. До неї входять вартість доставки та сума, яка вказана в інвойсі. Інвойс – це накладна, виписана продавцем для покупця.
Скільки становлять митні збори у 2022 році?
Для юридичних – обов'язкові 20% ПДВ. Залежно від вмісту посилки можуть стягуватися мита. Вони визначаються згідно з митним кодексом України. Для приватних осіб - якщо посилка потрапляє до податкового мінімуму (150 €), додатково нічого оплачувати не потрібно. Якщо її вартість перевищує 150€, податковий збір становитиме 32% від суми перевищення.
Посилки з Індії до України обов'язково страхувати?
Речі, які вже вживалися, можуть застрахувати тільки UPS. Якщо це новий товар від продавця і вартість посилки не перевищує ліміт 200-500 $, компанія перевізник автоматично покриває її страховкою у розмірі повної вартості товару. Максимальна сума варіюється в залежності від розцінок сервісу доставки. Якщо це новий товар від продавця вартістю, що перевищує ліміт, рекомендуємо застрахувати посилку. Страховка коштуватиме 1% від суми, заявленої продавцем.
Як довго їхатиме посилка з Індії до України?
Середня швидкість доставки – 5-10 робочих днів. Кожен перевізник має свої терміни. Пам'ятайте, що на швидкість доставки впливають надзвичайні обставини, погодні умови тощо.
