How to receive parcels in Ukraine

1. Go to the calculator and choose the country to which you need to send the parcel

2. If you are sending a parcel from 0.5 kg - select the item "parcel" and enter the exact dimensions or choose the approximate ones from the ones provided

3. After entering the data, choose the carrier that will deliver your package and click the "Order" button

1. Fill in the fields with information about the sender and recipient. All fields must be filled in in English

2. Choose a payment option - by card or account, agree to the privacy policy and terms of service. Click the “order” button and go to the payment page

1. After payment, an air waybill with information will be sent to your e-mail, print it.

2. An invoice is the main commercial document that accompanies any cargo sent abroad. Contains detailed information about transactions.

3. On the next working day after placing the order, a courier will come to you to pick up the letter

1. Your selected GlobalPost partner carrier delivers the package to the EU warehouse

2. The GlobalPost vehicle picks up your parcel from the EU warehouse and brings it to Ukraine
