TNT Economy is a cost-effective option for shipments where speed is not a critical factor. The route remains the same: Ukraine → GlobalPost hub → TNT network. However, instead of priority handling, the shipment follows the standard flow, often via ground transport across Europe. Delivery times are 6–12 business days. For most European destinations, delivery takes 7–9 days. Long-distance routes — up to 12 days. Maximum weight — up to 70 kg per shipment. Economy is well-suited for regular shipments: batches of goods for stores, production materials, return shipments. When a week to a week and a half is an acceptable timeframe, and the price difference from Express is significant. TNT Economy is a middle ground between DPD Classic (Europe only) and DHL Express (expensive but fast). International coverage is broader than DPD’s, and the price is lower than DHL’s.
TNT Express is a priority international service for shipments that can’t wait. Your package is picked up from your address in Ukraine, transported to the GlobalPost hub in Poland or Slovakia, and then enters the TNT network (which has been using FedEx infrastructure on intercontinental routes since 2016). Delivery time: 4–8 business days, depending on the destination country. Europe: closer to 4–5 days. USA, Asia: 6–8 days. Maximum weight: up to 70 kg per shipment. Full tracking at every stage. TNT Express is suitable for urgent shipments: commercial samples, documents, spare parts, and e-commerce orders with tight deadlines. If speed is needed but FedEx or DHL are too expensive, TNT Express often offers the same quality at a lower price.
TNT Freight — for shipments that don’t fit into a standard package. Pallets, equipment, industrial spare parts, and large-volume orders. Delivery times: 7–14 business days, depending on the route and nature of the shipment. TNT has a well-developed European ground network for freight transport—this is one of its historical strengths that has been preserved following its integration with FedEx. For shipments from Ukraine: we pick up the cargo, deliver it to the hub, and from there it travels via TNT’s ground network across Europe or by air service for long-haul routes. Freight is ideal for manufacturers, importers/exporters, and companies that regularly ship pallets of goods. If your shipment weighs 100 kg or more, this is the option for you. What you need to know before shipping
TNT operates throughout Europe and on major international routes. Its main strength lies in its European ground network: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, and other EU countries. Following the integration with FedEx, some intercontinental routes are serviced via FedEx’s infrastructure. We ship from any city in Ukraine via GlobalPost. The hub is in Poland/Slovakia, after which the cargo enters the TNT network.
Every shipment receives a TNT tracking number. You can track it at tnt.com or in your GlobalPost account. The status is updated at every stage: pickup, sorting, transit, and delivery. The TNT tracking system is reliable and provides detailed information about the route.
TNT Express and Economy: up to 70 kg per shipment. TNT Freight: pallets and heavy cargo with no strict weight limit (calculated on a case-by-case basis). Dimensional restrictions follow standard international shipping guidelines. For non-standard cargo, please contact our managers for a customized quote.
For international shipments, the following are required: a waybill, a commercial invoice detailing the contents and value, and an export declaration. There are no customs formalities within the EU—goods move freely. For shipments outside the EU, TNT assists with customs clearance. GlobalPost managers will compile the necessary documents for your shipment.

TNT was acquired by FedEx in 2016, but the brand and network continue to operate. In many countries, TNT retains its name, its branches, and its ground network across Europe. FedEx provides the infrastructure for intercontinental transportation, but TNT’s European network is a separate asset that operates on its own. For the customer, the difference is minimal: the cargo follows the same routes, tracking works, and the quality has not changed.
GlobalPost is a TNT contract partner with wholesale rates. We ship thousands of parcels every month and buy in volume. You get a portion of this discount. The principle is the same as with airline tickets through an agency - the flight is the same, the price is lower.
Yes. Full TNT tracking at every stage - from receipt to delivery. The number works on tnt.com and in the GlobalPost account. The tracking system has become even more stable after integration with FedEx.
There are no customs offices within the EU. Goods move freely between countries. For shipments outside the EU, TNT helps with the registration. GlobalPost managers prepare documents for each direction. Great Britain, USA, Asia — we register everything.
