  • We do not have our own line of business for imports from China and we buy it from large Chinese players
    Lack of expertise in sea transportation. But this can be compensated for by a wide network of partners who are real pros in this matter
  • Given the peculiarities of accounting and not fully automated accounting, we do not always submit invoices on time. Sometimes we are scolded for delaying the invoice for several days

What is the cost of international heavy cargo delivery?

The price for international delivery of a large consignment of goods or heavy cargo depends on the country, weight and selected type of delivery.

For example, delivery to the USA by Fedex Economy service can cost from 6 EUR per 1 kg, while delivery by UPS Freight service will cost from 5 USD, respectively.

About the specifics of the work

How to place an order?

There are three ways to place an order:

  • By phone or Viber
  • Through the chat bot on the globalpost.ua website
  • Through the link on the website

GlobalPost operating hours

We accept applications and deliver parcels to recipients according to the schedule from Monday to Friday: 08:00-18:00. Our operators accept applications seven days a week from 8:00 to 21:00

How to properly pack an order before shipping?

Make sure that the contents of the parcel are not prohibited for delivery. The packaging must be reliable and protect the cargo from mechanical damage that may occur during transportation by road and air.

The packaging of the parcel is the responsibility of the sender. We can do this for you for an additional fee.

For packaging sheets and other correspondence, we provide cardboard envelopes made of recycled materials free of charge.

Make sure that you have enclosed a correctly completed air waybill with the shipment. The courier will leave you a signed copy of your air waybill when accepting the shipment.

Can I place an order by phone?

You can contact us by phone and we will place an order. However, to avoid the risk of incorrectly recording information from your words, it is better to send the data in writing.
