Then there are two options: in Kyiv a courier picks up the envelope; from any other city you send it via Nova Poshta at GlobalPost’s expense. No extra charges for this service, no need to wait half a day for a courier or stay in one place. Once GlobalPost receives the envelope, we hand it over to your chosen carrier, and from there the shipment follows the carrier’s routes and linehauls until it reaches the recipient in the destination country.

Types of documents for delivery

Document shipping through GlobalPost covers both business and personal paperwork. Documents travel as an envelope with no customs clearance required, which speeds up the whole process. Here’s what people send most often:

After the flight, GlobalPost delivers the documents to any city in Ukraine: 4–6 days from Europe, 5–8 from the US. Payment can be covered by the Ukrainian side or the sender.

Documents prohibited from shipping

Document delivery abroad is available for most paperwork, but there are exceptions. You cannot send original military service booklets or documents restricted from export under Ukrainian law.
