It is better to ship large groups of goods abroad in boxes, barrels, crates, bags, and plastic containers. The main thing is that all the parcels put on the pallet should be of approximately the same type and size. It can be:
- ceramic tiles;
- food products;
- packaged loose items or products;
- finished products;
- medicines;
- things;
- industrial goods, etc.

How do prepare a pallet for shipment?
Step 1
Stack the boxes correctly
The center of gravity should be located as low as possible to increase stability. Boxes with products can be stacked in a circle, starting from the outside and moving inward. Or stack the boxes with “bricks”.
Step 2
Make sure the structure is strong and compact
Securely secure the parcels. Remember, non-stackable pallets incur additional charges and are at higher risk of damage. It is also worth considering that the pallet must withstand another pallet of the same type.
Step 3
Make sure the products are securely fastened to the pallet
To reduce the risk of damage, check that your goods are flat on the pallet and that the boxes are not hanging over the edge
Step 4
Wrap the pallet with plastic wrap
Stretch the packaging over the entire pallet to secure the items. You can also use straps/tape for extra protection
Step 5
Label the pallet
Make sure the labels are clearly visible. If shipping pallets are stacked, the sides of the pallets must also be labeled

The maximum weight should not exceed 1000 kg.
From which countries is delivery possible?
Delivery is possible from all countries of continental Europe, i.e. EU countries minus island states such as: Cyprus and Ireland and plus non-EU countries such as: Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein
What cargoes can be shipped?
Almost any kind. We carry everything except weapons and other goods prohibited for transportation by the legislation of the EU and Ukraine
Is it possible to deliver goods that require temperature control?
So, every week on Wednesdays, a car equipped with a refrigeration unit that maintains the temperature from 0 to +25 leaves Warsaw for us.
Where is delivery possible in Ukraine?
In Ukraine, we first bring the goods to the customs warehouse in Kyiv, or to the Lviv customs terminal (optional) after customs clearance, we send the package by Nova Poshta throughout the country
Do you provide pallet customs clearance services in Ukraine?
Yes, we have two customs brokers on staff who handle our clients’ cargoes for both export and import. The cost of the Customs Cargo Declaration starts from UAH 3000
Can you clear the goods in an EU country?
Yes, we have a partner customs agency in Warsaw that can clear goods from any manufacturer with a power of attorney from the sender and the EORI code. The cost of this service is 50 Euros

We insure your shipment with leading insurance companies throughout the entire delivery route. Even during the martial law, you don’t have to worry about shipments sent via GlobalPost with the insurance option.
