Any parcel with an FOB value (declared value, excluding shipping and insurance) up to 75 Euros is exempt from duty and sales tax. If the value of the parcel from a private person does not exceed 75 Euros, then the recipient in Turkey does not need to pay additional customs or VAT, and the parcels are automatically insured
