Additional conditions
Compliance with the rules and laws in force in each country is the responsibility of the sender. Shipments are subject to inspection by customs or other government agencies, which may lead to their delay.
Our company reserves the right to consider the possibility of transporting any shipment that has not been issued in accordance with the rules of shipment. For example, during registration, the character of cargo, its purpose, or the accompanying documentation was not specified.
The Sender agrees that his Shipment is acceptable for transportation or considered inadmissible if this shipment is classified as dangerous material, dangerous goods, items prohibited or restricted for shipping by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Association), any relevant government agency or other relevant organization.
