How to send parcels to Ukraine
Yes, this is GlobalPost. We are in Ukraine. We also work during the war. We can send your parcel from Ukraine anywhere. And get it from anywhere around the world and bring it to Ukraine. Parcels can be sent to America and other “distant” countries by air, but through our warehouse in Europe.
We receive parcels in Kyiv at our warehouse. If you are not in Kyiv, you can send us a parcel by new mail. We cannot deliver parcels from or to the temporarily occupied territories. We can pick up the parcel on the territory of the EU by courier. You must fill out this form. Fields with weight, size and type of shipment are required. Each carrier has a size and weight limit for one shipment. For example, DPD cannot handle sending one box weighing more than 31 kilograms.

Make sure your shipment content is allowed
You may check if you shipment to Ukraine is not restricted for courier delivery. You can check it by yourself vai link, or you can ask us directly.
You can pay at our website using credit card, Apple Pay, Google pay.
Customer can pay for our services by credit card, or we can issue an invoice for the company. For that please send us a query to our email and we will contact you immediately. Also we can sign a contract with companies, who send shipments often.
A courier comes to the sender and picks up the shipment. Shipper have to prepare an Invoice. Shipment have to be ready for transportation and packed in cardboard or wooden box
After placing the order, the courier of the selected company (DPD, FedEx, UPS, TNT) will arrive at the sender’s address and pick up the shipment. The courier will leave one AWB copy, and the sender will be able to track the shipment on our website or on the website of the selected carrier. Shipper must add Invoice for the shipment with descriptions of the goods. You can create invoice at our system, using following link
Then the shipment goes to our warehouse in the EU
The selected carrier delivers the shipment to our warehouse in Slovakia or Latvia, so the delivery address in AWB will be different from the address of the consignee. You do not have to worry, because our system stores all the information
The shipment is processed in a warehouse in the EU and delivered to our warehouse in Kyiv
The shipment is handling at our warehouse in Riga or Kosice. Then our team will add to the shipment the correct address of the consignee in Ukraine. After that shipment goes to Ukraine
Customs clearanse process in Ukraine
Shipment with value less than 100 EUR to Privat person do not have to be cleared by customs. Shipments with value more than 100 EUR have to be cleared by customs and consignee have to pay duties and VAT. All parcels to companies with any value must be cleared by Customs.
