GlobalPost provides additional delivery services for individuals and legal entities. Each additional service can be ordered at any time by agreeing the details with the manager

Professional couriers will deliver documentation, parcels, bouquets and other types of cargo quickly and on time. Tariffs depend on the chosen service, the weight of the parcel and the execution time.

Urgent delivery of medicines across Ukraine

Express drug delivery is available for customers who want to get their medication very quickly. Delivery time is only a few hours. It is possible to pay for services and medicines from any country by credit card.

Saturday delivery

The courier service is available for customers who want to receive a parcel on the weekend. Delivery time from 9:00 to 16:00

Second attempt of delivery

If the first attempt of delivery isn't completed at the specified time for reasons out of courier's control: incorrect address, missing person, incorrect phone, etc

Redirection

Changing the delivery address is available to senders. To do this, contact the GlobalPost manager and provide a new address. The parcel will be delivered to the recipient at the new address

Declared value

Service for delivery of valuable cargoes and parcels. The declared value is limited by the company's rules

Gift delivery

The gift delivery service allows you to transfer a valuable present or a bouquet of flowers door-to-door. Regardless of the type of delivery, for a single person or a bulk order, the parcel will be delivered to the specified address within the agreed time.

Insurance

According to the rules for the provision of postal services, logistics services and courier delivery, the sender can insure his shipments at PJSC IC ALFA-INSURANCE.

Delivery in non-working hours

Delivery is possible in the morning from 7:00 to 9:00 or in the evening from 18:00 to 20:00

Personally in hand delivery

Delivery is carried out to the person indicated in the air waybill in the presence of identification documents and a contact phone number.

Original AWB

"Original AWB" - returning of the original airway bill with the signature and seal of the recipient. Available only for domestic shipments

Customs accreditation

To obtain accreditation at customs, GlobalPost will provide you with a list of documents with completed forms, as well as certify copies of documents for customs during the day. Accreditation is issued without your participation.

Customs clearance of shipments

Each import parcel valued over 150 euros must be cleared by customs. Our customs broker will prepare the necessary documents and help to carry out the customs clearance procedure for individuals and companies
