Instructions for using your personal account

Log in to the system https://cabinet.globalpost.ua

When logging in, you must enter your username and password. If necessary, tick the box “remember me”.

Fig. 1. shows the login form.

After successful login you will be redirected to the page with your previously created waybills. If there are no waybills yet, you will see a welcome message.

 

 

 

At the top of the page is the main menu of the system, which is shown in Fig. 2.

 

 

 

Creation waybill

The main task is of the system is fast and convenient creation of invoices.

To create an invoice, select the “Create invoice” menu item in the main menu.

This will take you to the page, an example of which is shown in the figure below.

Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

The group of fields marked with * 1 contains the following data: sender’s name – your last name, company, phone – your phone number, company address.

You can edit the last name and phone number in this group of fields. Fields with gray color (for example, the company field) cannot be edited.

Start filling out the waybill by editing or entering the sender’s name and phone number in the field group * 1. If this is not necessary, leave everything in the field group * 1 unchanged.

 

Then you need to proceed to filling in the fields in group * 2. This group contains information about the recipient.

Start by filling in the Company field. Enter part of the name of the recipient company. If a drop-down list appears, select the recipient company from it. The recipient’s address will be filled in automatically.

If the drop-down list does not contain the recipient you need. Enter its name in full, and then enter the address in the fields starting with the country.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It should be noted that if you check the box “in person”, then the recipient’s last name and phone number fields will become mandatory.

If the description of the attachment consists of several words, you should separate them with spaces or use the new line (press Enter). After all the necessary fields have been filled in, click on the “Create” button. This will take you to the invoice viewing page.

In this window you can print the invoice by clicking on the “Print” button.
